Cryogenic Components

CryoCircuits components are selected and qualified for operation at cryogenic temperatures. Parts including MOSFETs, IGBTs, resistors, capacitors, diodes, and others are tested in liquid nitrogen at 77 K, and can be qualified for operation down to 4K. Cryogenic power circuits, including inverters and converters, are currently custom designed, but will become available in standard configurations in the near future.
